SHOPPING WITH EWINE

Our pricing includes VAT for local orders and excludes VAT for international orders. VAT will be deducted from your order during the checkout stage when our basket determines that the wine is destined for another country other than South Africa.

Simply click on the orange shopping cart to add that particular item to your shopping basket. At the top of the page in the grey bar, towards the left you will see a running total displayed as you navigate through the site and select your wines for purchase. This 'Quick Cart' will also display the number of items in your basket.

When you checkout, you will be prompted for your username and password. Your username is your email address. If you have not registered as a buyer simply complete the registration form.

Billing and shipping information is only captured once you place an order and is not required when you register as a buyer. After you login during checkout, and after registration (where applicable) you will be prompted to enter your shipping and billing details. Your shipping charges will be calculated based on the destination of your order on the very next page.

At this point you still have the option to modify your order in any way. Simply click on the 'continue shopping' button to add more wines to your cart. You can also delete items from your basket or update the quantities. Shipping charges will then also be updated.

The next page will summarise your order, and ask you to confirm your order before the payment is processed.

When the payment is processed you will receive an acknowledgement of the order via email. eWine will process your order swiftly!
